Whipd Policies

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

This establishment accepts:
Credit Card, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

If there is a day or time you need outside of normal business hours, you can request an appt via TEXT ONLY 510-227-4952. There will be an additional +$100 fee added to regular service price for all appts after hours.

SQUEEZE IN APPTS

LATE POLICY

There is a 10 min grace period. Please be in my chair by at least 10 after or appt will be cancelled. There will be a $25 late/ inconvenience fee added if there is time to continue with services.

RESCHEDULING

Deposits are non-refundable. You will be allowed to use your deposit to reschedule ONCE. If appt needs to be rescheduled a 2nd time, a new deposit will be required for booking. Rescheduling must be done at least 24hrs prior to your appt if you would like to transfer current deposit.

CANCELLATION

Please cancel at least 24hrs prior to appt time. On appt day, clients are allowed a 10 min grace period. Once grace period has expired, your appt will be cancelled. If you are a NO CALL/ NO SHOW your appt will be cancelled and you will not be able to book services again.

HOW TO SHOW UP TO YOUR APPT

Please come with shampooed hair/ product free. Hair also needs to be blow dried/ stretched prior to appt. 

Give yourself 2-4 plaits (braids) so hair will remain stretched.
Hair must be at least 4 inches in length. 
Face masks are required.
